I had the opportunity to be a part of a pop-up shop in Llandeilo, a charming town I’d visited a few times before. A dear friend lives nearby, and I’d also attended a wonderful family wedding at Castell Cennen, a place steeped in history. The Longhorn cattle, which surrounded the castle, were admired by my farmer husband, who appreciated their rugged beauty and strong presence.
